Shipping and Returns
At Harbour Craft we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We strive to process all orders within 3 working days. If we are experiencing higher than normal volume we will reach out to let you know.
LOCAL GOZO DELIVERY
We are pleased to offer Local Delivery in GOZO only.
This service is available from Monday - Saturday only. We do not deliver on the Sundays or on statutory holidays. Our delivery rate is fee 2 euros for small items, large furniture items will have higher delivery charge depending on size.
Items purchased through our online store can be delivered in Gozo between 3 to 5 days at a time to suit both the customer and us. We will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery window time.
STORE PICKUP
Items purchased through our online store can be picked up at our store location in Zaghra, Gozo within 1 to 3 days of purchase. We will send you an email confirming your items are ready for pickup.
Orders can be collected at our store in our regular business hours.
MALTA MAINLAND DELIVERY
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not offer international shipping. The size and weight of our packages and the additional packing care that our items require means that the rates for shipping are very high.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition. Once the items are back in our possession we will refund your money.
In order to qualify for a return you must contact us at shop@harbourcraftgozo.com so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
